Request a ride

  1. Enter the pickup address. If the address is already there by default, tap Where to.

    To choose a different address, tap Change address or move the pin on the map.

  2. Enter your destination address to see the ride price in advance.

    You can add up to 3 additional stops (tap ). You can change a route with additional stops only before requesting a ride.

  3. Choose a service class and payment method.

    After you request a ride, you can change the payment method from cash to card. If you have several cards linked to your account, you can choose any of them. Just swipe the menu up at the bottom of the screen, and change the payment method.

  4. You can add additional ride information.

  5. Tap Confirm.

Rate your driver after the ride. A driver's rating determines if they can continue driving with us.

To cancel a ride request while still searching for a car, tap Cancel ride at the bottom of the screen.

If a driver has already been assigned, swipe the menu up with information about the car, driver and ride, and tap Cancel ride.

Please note that you will be charged a fee if you cancel a ride request after the car has arrived.
